Gordon and Jimmy are always helpful
Beware if you purchase their gas log sets and hire them to do the installation, they may leave gas leaks. Most of their gas logs sets have been in circulation from my calculations 10-20 years and maybe more. Also the two old guys at the counter are extremely rude and not very helpful, I don't know why management has kept them around for so long. I think they drive away a lot of buisness.
Sitting outside their property waiting on a ride for another 2 minutes and some redneck threatens to call the cops to kick me off their property?? Like? Isn’t there supposed to be southern hospitality here or something? Why are you so aggressive? Find a therapist.
I called the number on the Google landing page is apparently they are corporate office and they were very unhappy that I was trying to purchase goods from them. Would not recommend this business it is not my fault that you have put the wrong phone number out for the general public .
Great showroom and knowledgeable sales staff! I got a set of gas logs and then realized I wanted to go a little bigger and they exchanged my original order for the ones I wanted.
