Beautiful unit , the sound of the gas emitting from unit scores a zero in overall for the linear unit I purchased. Very disappointed so far , no help from company I purchased from. Pat Breach , Carmel , In.

Beware if you purchase their gas log sets and hire them to do the installation, they may leave gas leaks. Most of their gas logs sets have been in circulation from my calculations 10-20 years and maybe more. Also the two old guys at the counter are extremely rude and not very helpful, I don't know why management has kept them around for so long. I think they drive away a lot of buisness.
Sitting outside their property waiting on a ride for another 2 minutes and some redneck threatens to call the cops to kick me off their property?? Like? Isn’t there supposed to be southern hospitality here or something? Why are you so aggressive? Find a therapist.
