These people were horrible. The moment they walked in all they caused was stress. My whole family was crying and we would ask medical questions and all they said is no no no we can’t do that. This is the only review I have ever wrote this is how bad it was. They are supposed to make it easier for you to pass, and all they did for us was add more stress. I’m not impressed with the service that was provided by the staff. The social worker insulted my family members and condescending and judgmental and not helpful. She made them feel like they were judged and looked down on, and she didn’t care. She was was pushy with their preference of belief. My family members were not taken care when my family member was dying . Couldn’t reach their main nurse.
