I was a loyal customer and was in the shop frequently. However after my last visit and receiving poor customer service, I will never be returning.
Been to several beauty supply stores around town. This is definitely my favorite around me. They care about the appearance of the store. The quality and spend of your service and your satisfaction. If I'm in need and have time this is where I go.
