It pains me to leave a review this low as the people were really nice and the experience was good. However, I came in for a haircut, not to hang out, and while the beard trim was good, the haircut turned out not to be good at all. I had to keep asking for it to be shorter, but when the barber eventually got to be doing that they only shortened the front, the part you can see in the mirror, and not the rest.
