I've worked with Jess over the years and benefitted from several of her services. Her Bowen therapy helped to prevent painful leg cramps which I'd lived with since I was a child - they haven't recurred since I received treatment 8 years ago. During the pandemic, Jess helped me through the Health Creation Program to improve my wellbeing & state of mind to find balance in my life during a chaotic & difficult time. Jess is a highly knowledgeable, empathic & kind person & I would highly recommend her!
I started health creation mentoring with jess because I was feling a bit unmotivated in making the healthy changes I needed to make and felt I needed someone to keep me accountable. Jess has been simply amazing, she's managed to help me rebalance my life and put a whole new burst of positivity back into it.
