I've worked with Jess over the years and benefitted from several of her services. Her Bowen therapy helped to prevent painful leg cramps which I'd lived with since I was a child - they haven't recurred since I received treatment 8 years ago. During the pandemic, Jess helped me through the Health Creation Program to improve my wellbeing & state of mind to find balance in my life during a chaotic & difficult time.
