Terrible. Dr Anderson is the ONLY reason to ever visit this place. The administration have clearly been told to charge everyone "all they can". I USED to have this as my local practice for years until I was unable to make an appointment (I am disabled). And I was sent a bill for the missed appointment. When calling to find out it was their NEW policy. I worked out that I had missed less than 1% of my appointments in all the time I had been there every month.
