Cold duck. Ordered a whole roast duck and it was cold and the skin was not crispy at all. Also ordered beef noodle dish that was ok but greasy. Dumplings were meh but i got them for my kid. Spend a bit more for way better quality, I say. I don’t like to dump on small businesses but you can’t serve cold food.
It’s been a while since I had dry-fried beef chow fun, and I really enjoy those wide rice noodles with that perfect wok flavor. I requested a bit of spice this time, which made it even better. The portion was generous, and the beef pieces were big and tasty. No real complaints—just a little on the oily side. Definitely something I’d order again when the craving hits. The 1/4 duck was mostly bones. See the pictures. They cheat you here. Go to Mings instead. Same price with rice and more duck. Shady Hong Kong BBQ is bad.
