STAY AWAY!! I called just to get some answers about starting a new renters policy since I’m moving next month and withOUT my consent, they cancelled my current policy (for the home I currently rent) and started the new policy effective of LAST YEAR! I called back and explained that it needs to be reversed and they said they’ll do it. Well, I got an email today reminding me of my new billing cycle for the policy at my future home.
