I had a clean and exam with the hygienist and her nurse. They were easy going and friendly and very gentle and thorough. All of my questions were answered and they didn’t make me feel bad for not going for 2 years. The receptionists were just as friendly and capable. If the dentist is the star of the show I look forward to getting my fillings done next visit!!!!
Im not the type to give negative reviews - in fact this is my first one from memory. But what I have experienced has been pretty bad. I want to preface this by saying that everyone who dealt with me were really lovely - but I feel like they have messed me around. I started a root canal procedure with golden bay (part 1 out of 3), and had my second part booked for the end of this month. It’s Gillian Gardner here. John is my husband. Dr Tom and his dental nurse are the best dentist and nurse I have ever had and I am 75. They are so very friendly and considerate. Dr Tom certainly knows what he is talking about. I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks Dr Tom.
