Mark was fantastic! Excellent customer service!
I live 2 hours away from the there dealer ship I was asking some simple questions like how are the tires and how does the head liner look.. make called those absurd questions then proceed to tell me I can’t buy the car anymore. That shows that this dealer is LAZY and doesn’t want to put forth the effort to help out there customers or potential customers… they basically told me my cash and business was no good this is total discrimination 0/10 take your business to a different dealer
buyer beware Don’t let mark lie to you!!! was a wholesale dealer for mark he sold me a toyota sienna after purchasing the transmission went out and states he drove it and tested it. went to look at a nissan murano today as i inspected the car and noticed coolant in the oil which mark never informed me or mentioned then proceeded to argue with me and curse at me which he has a reputation of doing “”check the low star reviews about marks temper””” because i told him before i made my offer on a different vehicle “ I’m gonna be ... read more
