I can only rate this company with one star due to the lack of communication, follow thru and service. It has been exactly one year and a day, since our daughter's wedding and we still have not received the wedding album that was included with the wedding photography package. Ali did a wonderful job taking the photos and they were beautiful from the sneak peak and portal, however, we still have not received the album that was paid for and ordered last year. I would not recommend this company based on what we have experienced.
*STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY"* Do not be fooled by the other "5" star reviews. I am so disgusted with the way Ali treated my husband and I. From day one, she made it feel like she didn't have time for us. I had a couple ideas in mind for our engagement photo location and Ali shot every idea down and used some poor excuse but in reality, she was just too lazy to leave her bubble in Menifee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a scam! My sister booked Golden Arrow 9 months in advance and is now unable to get a hold of the photographer. The company took the money and cancelled. There are many excellent photographers in San Diego county. Do your research and save yourself the trouble.
I am a wedding videographer and really love working alongside Ali at weddings. She’s professional and you can tell she’s passionate about what she does! She’s very creative and easy to work with! I highly recommend her!
