Affordable and easy to get a hold off
These folks are amazing! They came out to our place within 24 hours, quickly assessed the situation, ordered the needed parts, even though the oven was older and parts not readily available, it was no issue for them! Heather at the scheduling office is so sweat and the technician super knowledgable and efficient. They are reasonably priced and offer top notch customer service, I'll choose them every time for future appliance repair needs.
The office staff and repair technician, Dylan, were great! Called them on Monday and they were here first thing Tuesday morning. Dylan found the problem with my washer right away. Dylan located a distributor for the part we needed and he got back to us within half an hour with an estimate. They are great and will not hesitate to call them again.
Can't say enough about Golden! Had a ghost problem with my microwave/oven combo and it took a while to find.. They never gave up and finally fixed it. Great effort. Not to mention Mike's not a bad youth football coach. Highly recommend!
