The office staff and repair technician, Dylan, were great! Called them on Monday and they were here first thing Tuesday morning. Dylan found the problem with my washer right away. Dylan located a distributor for the part we needed and he got back to us within half an hour with an estimate. They are great and will not hesitate to call them again.
Can't say enough about Golden! Had a ghost problem with my microwave/oven combo and it took a while to find.. They never gave up and finally fixed it. Great effort. Not to mention Mike's not a bad youth football coach. Highly recommend!

I contacted Golden Appliance Repair for a range that the Gas Company said had a leak. At Golden, I dealt with Whitney (telephone communications and coordination) and Cameron, the service technician. They kept me informed on scheduling. Cameron arrived to troubleshoot the stove/range. He used his gas detector to isolate the leak to the rear and below the oven.
