The receptionist was very rude! I have been coming to this office for years with multiple animals. I will be finding new care for all of my animals after my interaction with her.

The front deck old lady is horribly mean! She never smiles she doesn’t use any kind of manners she is rude and always unhappy. She looks mad when you ask any type of questions . She is very unprofessional. . Looks like she hates her job and is not afraid to show it to you . For last 17 years she never said good morning or even simple thank you . I love the doctors they are always so nice and ready to help . I have been with that clinic last 17 years and after my first dog died I decided to stay with them with my second dog….... read more

As I see other people state, the older front desk lady is incredibly rude. Trying to get records from this place is a nightmare. And the fact she lied about records too is unacceptable.

I am not a client here. I work at another vet and was calling to request records for a mutual client and the receptionist sounds like she hates her life. I would recommend a different receptionist who is a people person. All I got was attitude and the records weren’t even sent. I called again for the records and when she first answered I had mentioned I called earlier to request records and without even knowing the patient or client name, she interrupted me and said they have been sent.
