I am a young adult with a physical disability and used this company for my personal care attendant needs -- I was a client of theirs for a long 2 years, unfortunately, out of desperation because I could not find any other personal care attendants myself. When I originally signed up with Golden Age, they told me they had a bountiful staff of attendants, as well as several "on-call" attendants at all time to cover when regularly scheduled staff called out sick.
