The community had severe pothole issues. Ordinarily I would have chalked it up to the weather, but I had been there in November and it was the same. Other than that, seems quiet.
This is a clean and quiet neighborhood. The owners are very nice and keep up with all maintenance.
It's a peaceful and clean neighborhood. Everyone looks out for each other and the owners are great people.
