Do NOT open an account here! The customer service is horrible! More than once, I've gone into the Carmichael branch on Manzanita to do some basic transaction and not been treated well. The first time, I assumed the teller was just having a bad day, but after several events, it seems clear that it's the people there and I closed my account. They even messed that up! They left $1 in my acct. so, it didn't actually close, automatic bills were paid and now I have the hassle of fixing that too.
