Just coming up on a year living here and its been amazing, highly recommend, totally affordable. The Management here rocks, they are attentive and always addresses issues as they arise. Be sure to check them out for yourself this could be you new home!!!
I have been living here for 3 months now & I love it here. I’m going to signing on for another year. Like, I put in a maintenance request at 3 in the morning & they came out by 9am the very same day. The office staff & maintenance are also very nice & very informative which is great for people like me. They explain everything if I have any questions, which really makes me feel included & accepted in this community. the neighbors are also very friendly as well! Goldelm at Braden River is a wonderful, totally updated and modern apartment complex - FORGET ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS from the past (they're under new management now and it's 2026!). When I saw it today, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was as the units had brand new, gorgeous appliances, thermostatically controlled central air, and a perfect layout of the apartments!
