Very bad experience. Had no choice but to use them because they had previously insured title on that property and were the only title company that would close on it with clean title. It took me about 2 weeks & several requests & attempts to get them to draft the settlement HUD. When it got to them, due diligence was complete already, so it was pretty much ready for final docs.
