This company is a fraud they do have the work and leave. Do not return phone calls or text. Do not communicate with you about the work that they need to be done on the floors still waiting on them to complete my floors going on seven months and it’s only one room came by and did some work and lifted unfinished. Still waiting to be completed till this day.

Rick really knows his work. My flooring wasn't the easiest to repair but he did the work and did it right in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with my choice in hiring this company. Especially since this my very first time doing any upgrades on a house.
Subfloor and wood flooring replaced due to water damage. Rick was personable, professional, on time, communicative about scheduling, honest, hard working, efficient and completed repair promptly and more than "as expected" . I would hire Rick again for any repairs, replacements or other assistance in flooring, or any other work my home may require his experience or expertise to fully complete. I fully recommend Goldcrest LLC and Rick.
