At first, the sales department are very helpful. We ended up using our own lender instead of theirs. It felt like they gave us a hard time with the whole process and they were not willing to work with us. Not a good experience with the builder. The quality of the home isn’t that great for the price. The flooring is cheap. The cabinets are already broken and need repairs. The paint is already peeling on most drawers. It seemed like the work at the house was rushed that’s why the quality is bad.
