Took my mom here to get a battery for her watch and I didn't have any complaints until the guy asked voluntary to clean my marriage ring. Blew one of the diamonds off and proceeded to tell me that it's $30 dollars to fix it. I was not happy about this. Still not happy about this.

I can never say enough about the customer service and pride this family takes in their business and their work. A true gem in the industry. Love to be their customer! From my 24 year old engagement ring & wedding band to my everyday jewelry I trust them with it all!!
