My face was butchered 1 day before my birthday party. Never coming here I didn't like my facial at all. The woman I had, Justina, over exfoliated me. She rubbed my face very abrasively over and over and OVER AGAIN. That the aftermath was so harsh on my skin, little bumps were left and my face felt rough. I must have researched a list of 15 different establishments in the Chicago area. Of those I visited about 5 to interview their laser technicians. Goldcoast Medspa was by far the friendliest. After my first visit I immediately knew that I had made the best choice.
