Was in the area from out of town and needed to have something looked at. Got there for opening and was in the room in about 20 minutes. Both the Dr and receptionist made the whole experience pleasant. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
Appreciative of a walk in clinic, and a kind greeting from reception however this doctor lacks in compassion and personal skills. I NEVER write reviews however this was such a disappointing experience. How is it possible for a doctor to not agknowledge patients, barely greet, give no advise whatsoever as to treatment and simply walk out of the room leaving a patient somewhat baffled as to what is wrong with them…left feeling extremely frustrated with the feeling I had attended a medical factory just pumping out more and more... read more
Worst walk-in clinic I’ve ever been too. This guy must get paid per visit. Zero attention given to patients. Lady at the front was very pleasant. Would never recommend for anything other than maybe filling prescriptions.
Waited an hour and a half to be dismissed immediately. They refused to give me a referral or any blood work because then I’d have to rely on the walk in (so he says). I just needed a referral. The woman at the desk even said to the doctor “she’s been waiting a long time”. He didn’t care. What a ridiculous place.
