I just bought my first car and the experience was great thanks to Matt.
I delt with Matt. Right off the bat, I felt NO pressure. Matt was very kind, personable, and relatable. I know this is his job, but he really made me feel like he was helping a friend (If I bought from him or not). You have earned my future business.
Car description said Bluetooth, salesman said it had Bluetooth, but it was just on star. When we pointed that out, he went from very friendly to pissy in an instant. Very unprofessional! If you misspoke, say that, but don't get angry because you were wrong. Salesmanship is like a golf swing; friendly need to follow through all the way!
I wasn't able to make a deal, but they seemed like nice people and they were willing to work with me.
Tyler and his mom were amazing! We went in looking for a new car and Tyler helped up get a new MommyMobile! We spent some time there waiting for paper work and the bank but Tyler and his mom came in and checked on us frequently and had good conversation! It was cool to buy from a small-ish dealer that is family owned! 100% will recommend this place to everyone we know ♡
