Things have significantly improved in the office with new staff, much better. The office is warm and friendly and helpful - more so than in past years. So give it another try and hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Terrible office and unfriendly front desk staff with attitudes. They should not be working there and should find other jobs and not in a professional medical practice.
