If I could leave zero stars I would. Dr. Goldberg used to be good, now he acts like a pompous , inconsiderate man dressed as a Dr. He must know there is no other Thyroid doctor along the shoreline . I don’t know what happened to him . The way he speaks to patients is not considerate , or normal. And this has come from multiple family member experiences. Never had a doctor act more ignorant and condescending in my life.
He diagnosed my wife’s Parathyroid issue and explained the associated problems In great detail. He recommended surgery with Yale’s top doc who specializes in this somewhat rare condition. Everything went well and she continues to see Dr Goldberg for follow up exams and tests. He’s exceptionally astute in his field and we couldn’t be more pleased that he’s part of her network of healthcare professionals.
Dr. Goldberg is just awesome both as a person and as a doctor . I Have been dealing with type 2 diabetes (and bunch of issues because of diabetes like pancreatitis etc) over 20 years and this is the first time I feel like I am in good hands. You may have to wait for a while if you are a first time patient but it is worth it. I also must say that his office staff is just as great. Appointments run on time and they are very helpful when you call for something.
