The appointment I had today at this office was simply terrible. There is no other way to put it. A woman in the office named Denise did an excellent job being friendly over the phone and squeezing me into a cancelled spot a week ahead of my original appointment. However, upon arriving for this appointment the receptionist at the desk greeted me unkindly because she claimed I had a 3:00 appointment when I arrived a little past 3:15.
