The attorneys & legal aids assigned to my case were great, although the original legal aid assigned to my case botched the initial 4 to 6 months, which delayed my case's settlement by a significant amount of time. The new paralegal, Genesis, was fantastic and in the end (still waiting for settlement check but have signed final agreement papers), I am super happy with the settlement they helped me get. I was in a car accident in October 2023 in which I had later complications that required surgery. I called this place immediately after, sent all my info over the next few months, and in January I stopped hearing back. I emailed multiple times with no response. I finally called in April, assuming they had been working the case, and they had legitimately forgotten about me. Whoever was working the case was fired or quit and my case never got reassigned. I had a wonderful experience with the Casa Grande office. Everyone I spoke to was amazing and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. I love the being able to send messages and upload documents through the app. Cheryl and Alex were amazing! 10/10 would recommend!
