The attorneys & legal aids assigned to my case were great, although the original legal aid assigned to my case botched the initial 4 to 6 months, which delayed my case's settlement by a significant amount of time. The new paralegal, Genesis, was fantastic and in the end (still waiting for settlement check but have signed final agreement papers), I am super happy with the settlement they helped me get. I was in a car accident in October 2023 in which I had later complications that required surgery. I called this place immediately after, sent all my info over the next few months, and in January I stopped hearing back. I emailed multiple times with no response.
