Poor communication, no follow-up, and very disappointing customer service. Emails go unanswered, updates are hard to get, and even “emergency” appointments are pushed out a week. I did not feel like a priority as a client. Don’t recommend this firm.
Highly disappointed with the service I received from this firm. First of all I was recommended a voucher by the QME doctor and they weren’t able to get it for me. Secondly, their customer service was not what was expected from a law firm. I called frantically advising I was getting fired from my job and to see if there was anything they can do but was told there was nothing to do, I found out later there was a form that needed to be submitted but that wasn’t done.
