Scammers this place are horrible the customers service 0. I took my scrap jewelry I had for a while got it from Saudi and local jewelry store and said it's fake. I took it to different places all 3 of them tested the jewelry is real 18k and sold it. What a junk place.
Tried to sell some gold that I’ve had for long time they quoted me 250 the first time I went in the second time I asked for 285 because another location offered me that but this store is closer to my house and the man working said sorry I won’t buy that gold off of you it’s a mix of different things when I told him he quoted me earlier that week it said yeah sorry I can’t
