CANNOT RECOMMEND GOLD VEHICLES ENOUGH! I purchased an Evoque from a well known national dealer. The hell they have put me through in the past few weeks trying to return the car...... it was completely faulty. Collected my car yesterday from Gold Vehicles and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Fantastic service, and made the whole purchase incredibly easy and smooth.
Very dissapointing. At first they were very nice but then things started to go wrong with the car. The drivers outside door handle kept sticking causing the door to open as I was driving along. they kept trying to fix it. On the third time I said "I think it is time you bought a new part". It had to come from Italy apparently. I had also realised that the Heated Windscreen only had half the elements working. Searched the country for a Range Rover Sport in immaculate condition, I eventually found exactly what I was looking for at Gold Vehicles in Exeter, Sam one of the sales team went above and beyond in his efforts to provide the evidence I needed and assurance with regards to the cars condition and history and he answered ever question I asked, He has my genuine thanks as I was flying the length of the country to see the car, Sam took the time to live demonstrate the vehicle via video beforehand.
