Although I called a day ahead, I was most disappointed in the reception my husband and I received when we arrived. The jewelry sales associate was offensive and discouraging to the point where we ended up leaving and getting no repairs done. We were treated most dismissively and quoted exorbitant prices for simple repair work. He kept finding excuses "to not be able to fix the rings".
