The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
My wife wanted a piece of custom jewelry made, and Gold Valley delevered! I felt that for that item and for the customization, it was fairly priced. However, for a necklace for my nephew, I found it to be significantly overpriced when compared to a major chain of jewelry stores. They both were the same carat, weight, and length.
