Our personal experience with gold up has been good we have had no issues. The aluminum screen printing frames are of good quality, the tension is always consistent. As for shipping we are in california so delivery is next day. That is a big plus so overall we give gold up 5 stars.As for there customer service we don't have an opinion but that's only because we have never had to contact them in the 3yrs we have been buying there frames. We will continue to buy our frames from gold up

Their products are not bad, but their customer service needs improvement. They can forget to refund you when you return their products and you need to keep reminding them, which is annoying. The back and forth is tiring. It's the little things that makes a difference and determines whether or not you want to keep doing business with a company the next time you need to buy some products. And as far as my concern, there are a lot of other businesses out there offering the same produces and far better services. I will look else... read more

So far so good bought from them twice now and besides the shiping taking forever the screens were perfect
