ZERO STARS if I could The girls who work here are super nice so this review is not for them. This review is mainly for the Male owner/employee. I have been a customer since this beauty supply opened and I was very pleased with the prices and everything, but I don't know what happened nowadays there's like this Asian guy behind the counter. i've noticed there's two but this one in particular looks younger than the other one. So the other day I purchased $30 worth of synthetic hair and I didn't have enough points but after I ... read more
it’s my favorite beauty supply, super big and clean and they have the best lashess
Was at this store about 2 weeks ago and had a less thankfully pleasant experience. As I walked in not one employee greeted me and as i was walking the aisles they didn't ask if i needed help or anything. when i finished and got up to the register (where it seems all the employees were hanging out) the lady that was standing there turned around and i had to wait for another employee to come up and ring me up. hope they get their customer service up!
This store is okay if you are very local and need something quick. Other than that they don’t have a lot to choose from. Girl from there told me if I open package for hair dryer tip don’t mess up plastic or staples because then I wouldn’t be able to do that. I come in next day and made sure I followed direction, package is as new just needs to be stapled together because it did not fit my blow dryer. All of a sudden I can’t return it. Couldn’t even do in store exchange.
