Honestly shocked to see the bad reviews. We used them for years in the past and my parents still use them. The yard always looks great! And we use them now and again for other services like planting trees, etc. Sheila is awesome!
Their lack of attention to detail and care for quality is the worst I’ve seen from a landscaping company for servicing an HOA. The work they do is consistently below standard, and it’s clear they are not focused on delivering quality service. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional landscaping.

I bought a house that Gold Touch used to service. I met them a couple of weeks ago, while starting to move in, just before they started to mow and told them, "Hey, the last guy is gone. I haven't decided on a service yet." They said great, let us know, and moved on to other yards. Cut to a month later, and this morning they apparently forgot this house wasn't a client anymore and started to mow. But then realized it after a couple of passes, and quit.
