Came back after having an issue with my jewelry. They worked to make me whole and ensure I was ultimately happy with my purchase. They were kind and patient about it which definitely means a lot.
I am so irritated with this place. You assume they are well established and high quality since they are in Cinco. They aren't. Literally every single thing I have either purchased or brought them for repair has broken again within days and required secondary repair. Diego was extremely helpful and patient with me when I went in to replace the watch battery. Once we figured out the battery was not the problem he insisted I did not pay and was just there to help. Another time I went in to fix a strap and he asked me once again that it was a minor job but I insisted on paying that time. Really goes out of his way to help!
