This place is a rip off! I dropped off my watch for a glass replacement, they quoted me $150 and 1 week. They called me a week later and said the hands needed to be cleaned due to glass shards and raised the price to $300 plus 1 additional week. We settled on $275 and I was ok with the 1 extra week. Finally 1 month later my watch was ready after multiple calls and excuses. I asked the owner if he could offer a small discount for inconvenience and he would not even consider. Not even $10!
