Malachi went above and beyond and kept us informed through every step of the garage door repair. We had the springs and cables replaced, and when the opener system still was not working right, he helped us order the correct logic board and returned to install it. When that still did not fully solve the issue, he explained our options in simple terms, recommended the right new garage door opener system, and came back the same day to complete the installation. He checked the door balance, tested the safety sensors, and made su... read more
i am extremely happy with the garage door installer service i received. cameron arrived on time, even a little earlier as i had asked, and was friendly and professional from the beginning. he clearly explained the features of my new garage door opener and let me know exactly what he would be doing and how long the installation would take. everything went just as he said. cameron showed me where the wireless keypad was being installed and gave me helpful tips on how to use the new garage door opener, including the camera, wir... read more
I called in the morning to ask about adjusting my garage door springs, and Gold Team Garage Door Repair had a technician out the same day within just a few hours. Cameron was friendly, professional, and explained the garage door service clearly. The spring adjustment was done quickly, the door runs much smoother now, and the pricing was fair. After dealing with other garage door companies before, this was by far the best experience. I will definitely keep using this service for any future garage door repair or maintenance ne... read more

We have an enclosed race car trailer with a fold-down rear ramp door, and it uses lift cables and a torsion spring similar to a standard overhead garage door system. For a long time, we had trouble getting this trailer door fixed the right way, but Gold Team Garage Door Repair made the whole process easy and stress free. Cameron got back to us quickly, showed up fast, and knew exactly how to handle the problem. He made new cables, rewound and adjusted the torsion spring, and had the door working properly in a short time. The... read more
