I came home and found my garage door would not open all the way when I pressed the remote. My garage door opener rail came loose from the door and pulled away from the bracket. cameron explained that the original mounting spot was not ideal and had been attached in a weaker section without proper support for the weight. He fixed the garage door in about 20 to 30 minutes, reinforced the setup, and lubed the moving parts.
