Been waiting years for my annual smear test! Received my letter asking me to book, called up to be told it wasn’t due & wouldn’t allow me to book (I’m higher risk so have to go annually), but they refused me. Then transferred to an out of practice place that called up several times asking if I could come in for my smear test with 20 mins notice on a Sunday!
