Would definitely recommend this company. Kitchen flood was handled immediately, staff was professional and polite. Project manager Arben Capollari was on top of the insurance company and kept us informed along the way. Appointments were always on time and all contractors did quality work.

I had at least a half dozen different contractors out after our fire and was disappointed because they were coming up short in terms of restoration and capability to match original materials and look. As a teacher, I returned home from classes to discover the upstairs unit's hot water tank flooded my home. My insurance company recommended Gold Star. Jeremy arrived promptly, thoroughly explained everything step by step, and clearly explained what to expect going forward to put my home back together. His patience answering all my questions truly helped make this very difficult / stressful situation easier to handle. Gold star came out when a pipe in my basement broke. It had to be dried, tile removed, and a wall removed. They were outstanding. And they always kept me in the loop AND called every time they came out. They are an outstanding company to work with!!!!!!!
