My parents had a leak in their half bath which turned into a mess of a situation. My mother tried calling places for months without anyone helping her get things figured out. They called Gold Star and Will and Scott got to work right away. Will, the supervisor, was there on the first day, all day helping and working hard. We recently made an insurance claim for some water intrusion in one of our rooms, and our insurance company recommended Gold Star Restoration for the remediation. We ended up with a new roof, and floors, as the leak had done some damage to a good portion of our flooring. Man were we blown away with the results!
