Amazing service from Herbert and Renato. Could not recommend them both any higher if I could give them an eleven I would. Fantastic communication throughout. Would not ever go anywhere else with any Future pool resurfacing fibreglassing and resurfacing . Fantastic work And I feel extremely confident that their Finished work goes beyond. Very genuine
We had an issue with water liking and suspected the hydro-static valves but after one informative discussion and followups with Herbert the problem was evidently with the pipes. Herbert was kind to direct us and share a contact for a solution . Thanks
Serious Warranty issues. This company fixed the floor of our fiberglass pool two years ago and they installed two new hydro-static valves. Initially we were happy with the results but within the time we noticed that we are loosing too much water from the pool. There must be a leakig . I tried them on the phone that is no longer in Herberts hands, left messages, send e-mails, photos and cet. But not response at all.They give us 6 years warranty on paper obviously that means nothing to them.
The team were punctual and kept us informed of the steps. We are very happy with the end result.
