excellent communication before the scheduled appointment, extremely clean and polite. explained various options for needed plumbing work, no pressure in deciding which course to follow. absolutely would highly recommend gold star to anyone needing an expert licensed plumber.

Steve is prompt, courteous and friendly. I have found his prices to be reasonable with every job I have had him tackle. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber. He has done two major plumbing jobs and one minor job for me. I will continue to call him for my plumbing needs. As an added bonus, he is dog friendly, my heeler love him!
Called Gold Star on Monday to see if someone could come out for a variety of small issues that were stacking around the house. Allie picked up and was able to get me scheduled for the next day. Just having a real person pick up the phone was a pleasant surprise. No messages, no call back later - just explained what I was looking for and got me scheduled.
