Steve is amazing. He installed a water softening system in my house 11/2024. He came back to change the filter at the 6 month mark. Then the filter failed, to no fault of him, it was a product defect. 1/2 of my basement got water damage. I called in a panic at 12pm on a Tuesday afternoon and he was here within 2 hours to figure out the problem.
