We recently received a recommendation to contact Goldstar plumbing for a clogging issue we had in our new home. Steven was prompt, polite and very patient with explaining not only the issue we called about but found numerous other safety issues with our plumbing. This local company is the best! Had a clogged bathtub that seemed to resolve itself by the time Steve got to my house. He still came over and checked it out, also gave me estimates on a couple future jobs, and pretty much checked everything plumbing related in my house. No charge, just a friendly visit with a handshake. Thank you guys!
I had Gold Star Plumbing replace my sump pump, water heater, and water softener at a very competitive price. He also did a very thorough job on the install and explained all the features and what to be on the look for if something is no longer working properly. Steven is very easy to deal with and does a great job. I would definitely look to him if I need any further plumbing work completed.
