Dear Mr. Thompson, could you call me.347-466-2565 I got phone call from Town,inspection not passed because of some paper not given yet. I tried call to Mark several times, he never call me back. And I call to Mr.Seven, he said he is not 'Gold star'. I want to talk to somebody have responsible. I don't know why your company not obay town inspector's correction. If just following him, it will be very easy. Anyway I need to talk someone who is responcible.

The plumbers were very professional and offered us suggestions on what to do. The service was very good and the job was done well. We were overall very satisfied with everything.

I called and they came. Was having contractor work being done on my house. I needed a few things to be done and the dude they sent solved all the problems the house had that Roto Rooter did not assist with. These guys are the real deal and they are very customer service oriented and very helpful. Will definitely call again. Thank You Gold Star!

The guys from gold star were great ! They gave us a call before they arrived , they set up and made sure to cover my wood floors with plastic before starting . They also had an awesome system set up with iPads where they took pictures of everything and were included with my invoice . They also were able to correct a problem that we had been having with our dryer that several people had previously tried to fix with no success . Highly recommend you guys ! Very professional and organized !

So far I've had a terrific experience with Gold Star. It all started with Marc Thompson and his visit to my home to provide an estimate for the two jobs I needed (Phase I ductless AC complete!). He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He addressed all my questions and concerns at the time of his visit and was very responsive to my inquiries as my wife and I were trying to make our final determination on whom to award the project. In March of 2017 I was vacationing in Arizona and my neighbor called me that water was pouring out in front of my house in New York and it was Saturday. I went to Home Advisor (which I had used before) and found “Goldstar Service”. I was charged the $249. service call, (not applicable to repairs), and charged over $3000. for the emergency repair (water pipe that leads from main supply from street to home was leaking). Watch out! At Gold Star Service I think there are more ROBBERS than PLUMBERS! The serviceman was an excellent price negotiator and a well trained plumber and I am satisfied with his work. However, I agreed to pay the $3000, which I negotiated from the original quote of $3500, because I had an emergency where the second floor shower drain was leaking into the basement in a tenant’s apartment and my usual plumber was unavailable for over a week.
