Today Michael came out when my washing machine valves started to leak. Gold star sent Michael out within an hour of calling which was great. Michael was a very pleasant respectable young man who was here to fix my issues. What I have learned is this company hires individuals who not only have the knowledge and skills of the work but very special compassionate genuine individuals. Michael is a great asset to this company.
Michael was awesome, he was quick efficient and answered all of our questions. We will be coming back to gold star if we have plumbing needs and will be requesting Michael!
