I wanted to share some feedback about a recent service visit. I understand that professionals need to be compensated for their time and expertise, and I respect that. However, I was caught off guard by the $150 service fee, especially since it wasn’t mentioned prior to the visit. The technician was courteous and professional, but the issue was resolved within a minute using my own plunger, with no tools or equipment needed. After having another plumber do nothing but overcharge me for coming to Screven and not fix my issue I called Gold Star plumbing. I'm glad I did because Cody found and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. You won't regret calling them!
Neighbor referred me and I’m so glad they did. Timely response. Clear quotes. Very nice and professional. Leak fixed. Hope I don’t need a plumber again soon, but will use God Star for sure if I do.
