Worked with Marty, along with Carmen and Mike, on the purchase of hunting property. Finding financing for hunting property is not the same as a traditional home mortgage. Marty & Team are great! I really enjoyed working with Marty, Mike, Cybil & Carmen. My circumstances were complicated & dynamic but they handled it all with ease. I had a PA on several homes & was living in a hotel. My situation was constantly changing, complicated & I was anxious to close quickly & it was late December, holiday time. Despite all those obstacles they got it done & we closed before Christmas! I'm very appreciative for all they did, I can't thank them enough!

Even through the inevitable speed bumps of closing on a home (our first), all of our concerns were handled promptly and correctly, and we are completely satisfied with the service we received.
