I originally had a really positive experience here. I came in to get an estimate on some of my mom’s gold, and the staff member I dealt with was incredibly friendly. After visiting a few places, Gold Star offered me the best price, so I chose to sell to them and left a positive review. Had a great experience here! The staff were especially friendly and informative. They have fair rates when it comes to selling. They have a large inventory of all kinds of jewellery.
Honestly such a pleasant experience. I came in with a few questions and Zee took the time to go through everything with me properly. No rushing, no pressure, just genuinely good service. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Came in with my sister to help her look for a new piece and ended up finding something for myself too! Zee helped us out and she was seriously the best. She was so patient while we tried on different things and gave us her opinion without ever being pushy. It honestly felt like we were shopping with a friend.
