Sorry to say from the time I purchased to the warranty light switch that took months to get, the maintenance work that fell short of complete, the fact that I had made an appointment but had to wait a long time to be taken care of (5 Harley Guys in front of me after complaining I was told wasn't necessary to make appointments. Lousey dealer! Brings bad name and rep to Harley Davidson name!!!! If you return items be prepared to loose money on refund! They keep a good portion of the money on DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE they Charge a restocking fee??? totally illegal. Filed complaints with MO Attorney General, FTC
Very deceptive. You place an order then get an email saying the part you ordered is on back order. They don't ship from their store. They order items get them delivered to the store then ship them out. Don't expect anything to arrive soon
Yes prices are lower but not for much. You will regret buying from them. Let me share my one and only experience. I bought from them and was able to get free shipping which is now 169 and above. A month passed by and nothing. They kept saying my parts were back ordered. Every time I asked , because they dont even have the courtesy of letting you know, they kept extending the time for my parts to be shipped. Today after they had already posponed my shipping date twice , they tell me that now its back ordered until 07/14. So I... read more
Surdyke HD may be a great motorcycle dealer, but their shipping department is terrible!!! I have been using them for years and shipping has always been one of those hit and miss issue...they are terrible at estimating shipping dates, and don't appear to know when will parts from Harley Davidson will be arriving at their warehouse. Shipping responsiveness is lacking because they either don't have the basic training to do their job or they just don't care to be responsive to shipping queries. Stay away. Return are a sham. You'll be out of your money for the product and out of the shipping cost sending the product back. And if you want the product returned to you because they will not issue you credit, you'll have to send them shipping money again. Crooks and thieves.
