Totally undependable!! Never shows up when he says he will. Half of the time he does good work the other half it is poor work that has to be redone. Agrees to work and then forgets the agreement and tries to set new terms. Stops in the middle of a job to go do something for someone else and may be gone for a day or a week while you just sit and wait to have the job completed.
