It was our first time to visit this location at 10775 Montgomery Road and will be my last! The 3 way was cold and asked for another. The managements solution was to microwave it. When brought back my our very nice waitress, she was told to microwave it. The cheese was melted completed. The management was rude and said he would not make another.
